VRETTOU ELENA

I am Elena Vrettou, a graduate of Physical Education and Sports (Kapodistrian University).
I worked in the education sector at Geitonas School, Costeas Geitonas Schools and the private school “Ergastiri”
At the same time, I worked in the promotion and public relations of the MONT BLANC company and at the GYM TONIC gym.
I am a member, PR manager and coordinator of the sports cluster of ICC WOMAN HELLAS. I am a board member of the EUROPA DONNA HELLAS association. I am a member of the Sports Charity Association “KALLIPATREIA”, the “AEGEAM TEAM” and the association of Veteran Swimmers.
I have published many articles on fitness and styling in magazines as well as appearing on television shows to support women with breast cancer.
I have taken part as a speaker in conferences on breast cancer and in the conference of the European Union on women’s health in Europe, with the theme “WELLNESS, LIFE AFTER CANCER”.
In 2023 I started my voluntary collaboration, organized exercise in an open space, with MANA. The form of this collaboration reflects my philosophy as a person and a professional.
