The scope and content of our Website is informative with respect to the humanitarian activity of MANA, whereas the visit thereof does not require the provision of personal data. 2.1. ONLINE DONATIONS TO “MANA”

The visitor/user of our Website has the ability to make an online donation in favor of “MANA” via Paypal. In this case, our Website may collect and process personal data as described herein below:

The visitor/user of our Website who wishes to proceed to an online donation through our Website is redirected to Paypal platform, in which s/he is required to enter the following data:

– The amount of the donation

– The frequency of the donation

– A free-content message

– The country of his/her residence

– His/her Address and tel. number

– Billing card details (card number, expiry date, CVV code)

In cases when the visitor/user of the Website wishes to communicate with MANA, s/he is requested to fil in the respective communication form and accept the Website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Through the submission of the form and upon the user’s consent, the Website collects the following persona data:

– Name

– Surname

– Email

– Telephone number

– Subject and content of the message

The donor may also make an online donation through his/her personal Paypal account.
“MANA” has no ability whatsoever to access, process or store the data entered in Paypal, including your card details. Should the User/donator wish for his communication details to be disclosed to “MANA”, we will receive a relevant notification from Paypal with your name, address and the amount your donation, in order to send you a “thank you” letter via mail.

 

2.2. COMMUNICATION WITH “MANA”

Visitors/users who wish to communicate with “MANA” may complete the online communication form which is available on our Website, upon submission of which and following the User’s acceptance of the Website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, we collect and process the following personal data of users:

– Message (free content of the user)

 

2.3. Information we display on our Website

 

Photos of volunteers and participants

Upon informed consent of the data subjects, we display anonymous photos of women who participate in our programs, actions and events organized by “MANA” within its scope and mission.

The photos and CVs of our volunteers are also available on our Website, explaining their motives to offer volunteer services to the “House of MANA”.

PROVISION OF CONSENT

Notwithstanding legal provisions of consent for unsolicited communications -as anytime in force-, the use of our Website entails the provision of your consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein above. MANA reserves the right not to satisfy your request, if manifestly unfounded or excessive, and will notify you accordingly.
