Brief info

She was born in the city of Volos. She studied Physical Education & Sports Science at Thessaloniki University and Dancing at the Higher Professional School of Dance “Rallou Manou” in Athens.
Throughout her career, she worked as a Physical Education teacher and ballet teacher at Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs and at the Center for Elite Gymnasts. From 1998 to 2009 she worked as a chief choreographer for Women’s Ensemble National Team and won the bronze medal in Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. She has also collaborated for 15 years with the Professional School of Dance “Rallou Manos” as a proponent on “Anatomy & Dance Kinesiology”.
2007 was the year she started practicing yoga, leading her to attend the 200h Teacher’s Training Course on Hatha Yoga acquiring the Yoga Alliance certification.
Following, she attended in India the 250h Yoga Therapy course (2014) and 250h the Advanced Teacher Training course (2015) acquiring the certifications. In 2016 she attended the Yin Yoga Teacher Training: Taoism, Anatomy, and Sequencing (50h) and the Yin Yoga Teacher Training: Embrace the Yin Path (50h). She attended the one-year studentship course by Alessandro Ortona (2017-2018) and she continues her apprenticeship in yoga.
When she heard about the existence and the social action of MANA, she decided to voluntarily offer Yoga lessons.
