“A few words about the House of MANA and my contribution in the organization:
Relaxation, care and reunion with the positive side of life are the elements that characterize the House of MANA.
In this initiative of Mrs Randa Ghandour and her associates, I felt more than motivated to participate and volunteer.
Supporting many enthusiastic volunteers, I’m proudly contributing to this project with an active role.
Staying close to any women struggling with dignity for a better life standard.
Representing the Hellenic Hatha Yoga Association, we help these women with specially tailored Yoga programs.
Our goal is to help them to relax, to teach them breathe properly, to maintain their body and soul balance.
