The House of MANA, always faithful to its commitment to provide holistic support and psychosocial empowerment to women, has launched its Traditional Dance Workshop.
In this new creative journey, we welcome to our family of volunteers Ms. Eleni Papaggeli, who enhances our initiatives with her years of experience at the Lyceum of Greek Women at Salamina and her expertise in ethnomusicology.
This workshop is not merely about learning dance steps. It is a profound act of creative expression. Guided by knowledge and sensitivity, Ms. Papaggeli will lead our beneficiaries on a journey through our country’s intangible cultural heritage.
Through rhythm and teamwork, movement is transformed into a powerful means of connection that strengthens the bonds of community and solidarity. At the same time, it offers a valuable outlet for emotional uplift, joy, and optimism in daily life. The workshop serves as a tool for empowerment, highlighting the strength that every woman carries within her through the creative expression of tradition.
