The “House of MANA” had the distinct honor and pleasure of participating in the 53rd Pan-Hellenic Conference of the National Association of Nurses of Greece (ESNE), held in Kefalonia, which brought together healthcare professionals, academics, and nurses from all over Greece.
The presence of the Director of the “House of MANA” Dr. Konstantina Gaitanou, with her presentation “Volunteerism as a complementary pillar of care: ‘MANA Together for Life’ as a model of psychosocial support ,” highlighted the importance of connecting the scientific community with initiatives that promote holistic care, empathy, and psychosocial support for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and gynecological cancer.
Through such scientific meetings, the value of collaboration, continuing education, and a human-centered approach to health is reinforced—values that form a cornerstone of the “House of MANA”.
