In a grand and at the same time moving evening, on Tuesday 29 October at the packed PALLAS theater, the acclaimed composer-musician and now beloved friend of MANA Evanthia Reboutsika led the spectators on a musical journey that included important stations from her long career in the Greek pentagram, at the big charity concert, where all the proceeds were given to the purposes of MANA.
Next to her on stage, the great artists Natasa Theodoridou, Elli Paspala and Giorgos Perris enchanted the audience with their unique and sensual voices, in favorite melodies that evoke sounds from the East.
The highlight of the evening was the first presentation of MANA’s song entitled: “For the dream again” with music by Evanthia Reboutsika and lyrics by the talented lyricist Lina Nikolakopoulou, which was performed on stage with the help of the MANA choir, which consisted of Ladies of MANA as well as volunteers.
October has been established as Breast Cancer Prevention and Awareness Month and in this context the Non-Profit Organization MANA organized this special musical performance, with the aim of raising public awareness of the disease and the ways to deal with it.
