Dr. Konstantina Gaitanou, General Director of the “House of MANA”, presented the work and services of “MANA” to the nursing staff of Thriassio General Hospital in Elefsina on September 23, 2026.
Held in the presence of the Hospital’s Governor, Mr. Antoniou Dimitrios and the Director of Nursing Services, Mrs. Eleni Roka, the meeting aimed to highlight the strong synergy required between public healthcare institutions and patient support organizations.
The main objective of the presentation was to inform healthcare personnel about the mission and the range of free services offered by the “House of MANA” to women with a diagnosis or history of breast cancer or any form of gynecological cancer. During the briefing, special emphasis was placed on the continuity of care beyond the hospital environment, as well as on the holistic support required for the smooth reintegration and psychosocial empowerment of women.
